Register Assistant feature of the Questa

Just noticed that Questa has a UVM register definition generator, vreguvm.

$ vreguvm -autoinstance -block default_top_block -csvin myproject.csv -uvmversion 1.1 -uvmout registers_pkg_uvm.sv
